Most of the time govt good reception and speedy.

Nothing to complain. Great reception, easy to install, amazing customer service. Will definitely recommend or use it again when I get back to Japan.

Do not hesitate to take wifi pocket with this company. It works very well. First I made an error with my order and without asking they have refund the amount immediately. The wifi pocket works perfect in all Japan and it is very usefull for all the family!

They sent 2 prepaid 30 days SIMs to my hotel at the airport. I emailed them asking for some thecnical information, and they quickly answered me. The internet connection was fine the whole trip.

We have no issues starting to use the wifi. We did have to restart it once over two weeks. The extra battery pack powers the system for.the whole day with no issues.

Connection was stable and fast. Instructions during activation were very easy to follow. Will highly recommend!
