Having Japan Wireless's Pocket Wifi has been awesome! It truly is unlimited and always works. I appreciate the fact that I did not have to pay an additional fee for the portable charging bank. For the cost of the unlimited wifi and everything it came with, this is definitely a deal! If you or a family/friend are planning to visit or live in Japan for a bit like myself, Japan Wireless is definitely the way to go!

Not a single problem. Easy to get at the Airport

It was great, can’t recommend it enough fr. It was always fast, never gave us problems and very easy to carry. Definitely a MUST on your trip and this is a great option to go for

Placed order online, they emailed me an order receipt and my WIFI packet was ready for pickup when arrived at their booth in Haneda terminal 3. No problems at all with WiFi service. Return was easy, just place everything in included mail envelope and dropped it off in the red mailbox at terminal 3 entrance. A confirmation of return was sent as well when they received package.

it always worked, I did not have any problems. The girls at the airport were very kind. The only issue ys the extra battery, I did not work, tried to charge the devide and others and never worked.

Honestly was worried when starting this process, but it was so efficient. The desk is directly available when you land, and it is well organized to pick up the SIM card. We had no problems both of us to install it on our phones. It was activated right away and worked throughout the full 15 days that we needed it. Signal was also very good, we went to Nara, Tokyo, Osaka, Gotemba, and Kyoto. All of which we never had issues with the reception. Very pleased we went with this unlimited SIM card plan. And then we threw it out, no need to return it. Super A++++
