Good and reliable for the job

The smooth process and fast activation

Very convenient and easy to activate. I will definitely use Japan Wireless eSIM again!

Thank you so much for your service!! My travel agent recommended to use this company. It was a great service to use the pocket wifi, it was super easy to use, and convenient by dropping it off at the airport at the end of my trip

Very easy process, thank you!

The pocket WiFi worked perfectly. It was easy to use and lasted just over 10+ hours before needing to charge will I was out. Would highly recommend.

Worked as described and was an awesome option for our family whilst travelling Japan. Will get it again on our next trip.

During my 8 days of traveling all across Japan from Tokyo to Hiroshima to Miyojima, I never lost a signal and had outstanding speed and coverage. 👍👍 Thank you!!

It was very easy to use, and worked well, everywhere we went.

In our group we had people using e sims and international service plans. We opted for a pocket WiFi. Through out different cities, local trains and even bullet trains, we always had a stable connection. On days we went to Disney and Universal Studios, we did run out of battery. And the power bank had a rough time charging the pocket WiFi from 0% so we would turn it off and let it charge for about an hour while we ate. Not a huge deal. All in all, we would rent again. Japan Wireless takes care of everything with a case, power brick, power bank and cables. The charging cable that was given to us did not work great but I always carry my own so keep that in mind, it was not a big deal to us. We would recommend Japan Wireless to anyone wanting to keep a stable connection while visiting Japan.
