Just really good connection speed and very reliable. The charge lasted full days with two people using it. The orientation of picking up at airport counter and being able to drop off in a postal box was far easier than it seemed it would be with other companies.

Also a better price than others, and certainly cheaper than adding on international package through our phone provider.

The device itself was awesome. Easy set up. I’m happy it came with charger and portable charter. Only thing I suggest is clearer instructions on pick up at the airport. It was very confusing finding the little kiosk that was tucked away in a corner.

Very good service. We received the WiFi pocket device directly at the hotel, used it during the whole trip, with a very good connection everywhere. A very good way to keep the whole family connected during our holidays.

Everything worked just as expected. Service was good. Battery lasted well and with the power pack we could charge not only the pocket wifi but also the phone.

Bought a prepaid sim card, valid for 15 days. It worked fast and smooth, with coverage in every part of Japan.

the unit assigned to me was good, fully charged and long operating time. I was able to maximize use of the unit very well. thank you
