the pocket wifi worked really well, was even better than most of the hotels wifi we would have access too. small enough to fit in coat pockets, jeans, or bags and not heavy at all! it held the charge for a good amount of time. would 10/10 recommend for anyone unsure if they should rent one.

Once more I made the most of my trip to Tokyo with Japan wireless. It was reliable and fast to charge. No getting lost or confused with constant WiFi wherever I went.

Highly recommend this service if you are traveling all over Japan without a compatible phone. The Wi-Fi worked effortlessly and all the time. Rental and return process is excellent.

WE used our pocket wifi all the time during our 38 day trip to Japan. At one time the plug for charging stopped working and I informed Japan Wireless who rushed a replacement to my next destination. It turned out my Apple phone charger plug also worked for the wifi so we never had an interruption of service.
We never had any slow down in speed which some people have mentioned. Pick up and drop off went well at Haneda. I would recommend Japan Wireless.

We were happy with the Japan Wireless wifi router. The battery life was good and the coverage good almost everywhere we travelled. Pick up (at hotel) and drop off in airport postbox was seamless.

I have ordered and used the mobile hotspot from Japan wireless many times and have been pleased with the performance of the product and the service provided each and every time. I had the hotspot delivered to my hotel in advance of my arrival and return is easy as the prepaid preaddressed envelope was enclosed.
