Always reliable and efficient

Excellent experience

Easy pick up and return. Easy to set up and use

great service, well mannered polite

I use Japan Wireless mobile business Wifi many times throughout the year for business and personal needs, exceeding 4 months annually. The service has always been reliable in over 8 years as a customer. The bandwidth provided exceeds my needs while usually having 2-3 devices connected simultaneously. With the safe and secure delivery to the hotel at check-in and ease of return with prepaid shipping labels and envelope - the process could not be simpler. Thanks for the great support over the years!

We used Japan Wireless for a 2 month stay and travel in Japan. I am not good with tech but the set up was simple and understandable. We had a few glitches but they responded promptly and efficiently to any contact so I was very pleased with the service. I would certainly consider using them in the future.

very good product and very smooth transaction

From delivery to return Japan wireless was flawless. Much better than an eSIM!

We have used Japan Wireless numerous times when visiting Japan and they have always provided excellent service. We have not encountered any problems

Worked perfect in the 12 different cities we were, battery lasts! Easy to get it and drop off
