This is the 4th time I have used this service. Always very good.

Amazing. Will order again next trip

Picked up the hub from arrivals area
Easy to find and lovely helpful people at the office.

Set up the hub took 2 minutes !!

Worked perfectly full signal everywhere
We were in Japan.

Convenient drop off at the departures
On the way home. Great service !!!!!

Very accommodating when I experienced issues with my order due to my mistake. The WiFi was simple to set up and use!

We’ve rented pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless several times and we appreciate how easy it is to have the WiFi sent to our hotel so it’s waiting for us when we check in. Don’t hesitate to rent your pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless.

The most difficult part of my experience was just finding ninja in the airport. Once that was done, everything else was simple. Receiving my equipment it’s mailing it back in the airport.

I would’ve paid $12 a day using my AT&T Service ended up paying significantly less so this way. I used the Internet all the time in Japan particularly for GPS. I’m very happy going this route it would recommend others do the same.

From start to finish everything with pocket wifi from Japan Wireless was seamless. Prepaid mail-in envelope, delivered to our hotel waiting for us upon arrival. We forgot a charger, and they were communicative and had an easy process to send it back separately.

I have been renting from Japan Wireless for the past 3 years and have found their services rei be extremely reilable and picking up and returning the wifi very convenient. I highly recommend renting from them.

I would use this again and I would recommend anyone to use this service! Everything was easy, from the moment we picked up the device at the airport to the drop off. My husband and I shared 1 device and didn't have any issues with connection at all the entire trip. The battery last almost all day and would recharge quickly as well.

This is my second time to use Japan Wireless WiFi. First was in Tokyo, second was in Nagoya. Fully satisfied with the service! The hotel received the package well ahead of my arrival. Connectivity was strong and stable throughout. Return via post was no hassle at all. This is my go-to WiFi service in Japan
