Very nice service, would like to avail again in future.

Love these wi-fi devices, 2nd time we have used these, good value for a family who can all connect to to the one device. Rarely had any issues getting a good signal, easy to pick up at airport and drop in the letterbox before we left.

I was thoroughly impressed with the coverage and ease of usage. Also, the delivery package to return the item was seamless.

We had a wonderful experience with hiring a portable wifi from this company. Picked it up at the airport and dropped off seamlessly in envelope provided to postbox located at the airport.

Nuestra visita en Japón fue una experiencia extraordinaria, llevábamos las expectativas altas, pero, las superó Japón. Ahora siento que otros países que llegué a visitar en un futuro no me van a marcar como fue Japón siento que estera comparando esta experiencia que me gustó mucho y será difícil poder superar o alcanzar. Y con el internet muy rápido que traíamos (wifi) que prácticamente estábamos conectados a la internet en todos lados da más tranquilidad para viajar. Ya quiero volver lo antes posible y aparte del internet wifi quiero rentar los traductores.

This was my second time using Japan Wireless eSIM and was very satisfied with their service as I was with the first time. When I revisit Japan again I will be using their services again. The scanning of the QR code really makes things very easy and ready to use.
