Having WiFi in our trip to Japan was a great idea! We were able to find cool places on the go as we were navigating the city and trains. The Japan Wireless company offers an awesome customer service and its incredibly convenient as they delivered the WiFi modem to our hotel and we were able to send it back via Japan’s postal service. We will definitely be renting another WiFi modem on our next visit. Thank you!

Really satisfied of this product. It was delivered at our hotel on the exact requested day/time. I had no connectivity issue on the whole trip (13 days) in Japan. Returning the router through a postal box was super easy (right next to the bagage drop counters in Haneda terminal 3).

One of the cheapest and it work very well

Stopped by the pickup location outside the airport and got my package quickly. Worked really well when I was in Tokyo and Sapporo with good battery life.
