I was very happy with the premium wireless wifi. Battery lasted all day for three casual users and speeds were very good. Collection and return were very simple

We used the premium wifi with 5 of us having access across 3 weeks. It was easy to collect and return and the wifi worked well throughout the trip. You get everything you need including a carry case, charger and power bank. We will definitely use this again when we return to Japan next year!

It was good to have the wifi. It helped us a lot during our Japan stay.

The installation instructions were very clear and the network coverage was very good (Tokyo, Kyoto area, Ishikawa and Five lake regions near Mt Fuji).
I definitely recommend for those that cannot have E-sim.

A perfect solution for my vacation in Japan

The device did great although sometimes I needed to switch it off and on again to maintain a good connection.

We used Japan Wireless Pocket WIFI for our month-long trip to Japan and I am so happy we did! The whole process was so easy. I ordered it online and it was sent to our hotel in Kyoto and was waiting for us when we arrived. We used it every day on the trip and it was such a life saver to have flawless internet access 24/7. On our last day we dropped it in a mailbox at the airport. It could not have been easier, and VERY affordable! We live in Hawaii and our friends go to Japan all the time. I’m definitely going to be telling them to use Japan Wireless when they are there.

Took the 30 day plan as I was visiting for 2.5 weeks, and since activating the sim I’ve had nothing less than 5G everywhere. Would recommend to anyone who wants reliable internet.
