전세계 여행자들이 신뢰하는 서비스
I’ve been using the service for about 2 years now. As someone who lives alone and doesn’t, I can use this for all my needs at home (streaming, online meetings etc)and well as when travelling.
I’ve used a different company’s service in the past, but there were many places - especially where I live, where I couldn’t get a half decent signal and connectivity was poor. This service has been very reliable with this!
Also, when my pocket router was experiencing battery problems, a replacement was provided as well as paid shipping to return the faulty one.
The customer service has been wonderful and prompt.
Thank you so much for being a loyal customer for the past two years and for sharing your experience! We are glad to hear that our pocket Wi-Fi has been a reliable companion for your daily life at home—from streaming to meetings—as well as your travels. Knowing that we could provide a much stronger signal in your area compared to your previous provider is great to hear.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding our support team. Experiencing battery issues can be frustrating, but we always want to make sure any equipment problems are resolved quickly and without extra cost to you. Thank you for your continued trust in Japan Wireless, and we look forward to keeping you smoothly connected for many more years to come!☺️
We've used Japan Wireless twice and both times the service has been good. The internet was fast most of the time. The pocket wifi battery lasted long.

I recived my poket WiFi no problem. The poket WiFi connected me very easy no complecation like eSIM. While using it, no problem. Returning was very easy. If I add a request, I wish a piece of paper for how to connect is a copy of copy (my guess). It was hard to read someone like me who needs a glass to ready. Please make small letters to be bigger. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review! We are glad to hear that everything from pickup to return went smoothly, and that you found our pocket Wi-Fi easy to connect and reliable throughout your trip. It is great to know that our service provided a hassle-free alternative to eSIMs for you.
We also really appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the instruction sheet. We apologize that the text was too small and difficult to read. Your comfort is very important to us, and we will definitely review our printed guides to make sure the font size is larger and the print quality is sharp and clear for all of our guests.
Thank you again for your valuable suggestions, and we hope to welcome you back on your next trip to Japan with an even better experience!
