The SiM worked perfectly fine. it was easy to insert and came with the little thing to open the SIM car box on your phone (since I forgot to bring one). Sometimes it wasn't working for a few minutes maybe because of connection?

Indispensable for our recent trip to Kanazawa and Osaka. Was waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel, and we booked it rather last minute. Easy to set up and use and worked perfectly for our entire trip. Good price. Easy return process at Osaka airport via the post box. All good and intend to use the next time we visit Japan to make sure we have internet access at all times. Thanks.

Absolutely necessary if in Japan you Need ti do business or use a GPS for a car rental

We went to multiple cities throughout Japan, including the mountains in Northern Japan, and we never had an issue with connectivity. We charged the device each night and never had to use the back-up battery even though we were using Wifi all day long. The pick-up counter in Haneda airport was relatively easy to find, and the drop off mailbox was extremely simple. We would highly recommend using Japan Wireless!

It was the greatest device ever while in Japan as my husband were able to access wifi while travelling about across numerous regions. Small
enough to fit in my fanny pack. Pick up and return process at Narita was hassle free. I highly recommend it.
