We will definitely use Japsn wireless on our next visit to Japan.

Your customer service personnel was very friendly and expedient. We were given quick service and easy drop off, when leaving.

Worked great! Was waiting for me at my hotel. Battery lasted all day and even had a battery pack for when I forgot to charge it.

Everything is perfect! Fast resolutions and high quality product. I recommend it and will always use it on my trips to Japan. Thank you!

Picked up pocket wifi from Hakata Int. Airport was a seamless great fast experience, took only a few minutes. Pocket wifi had good coverage all the way from Hakata to Tokyo. Simple and easy to use. We dropped off the pkg at the post office box at Haneda Int. Airport before we checked-in for flight. Same day, received an email that Japan Wireless had received the returned pocket wifi. Excellent and reliable response! Would highly recommend Japan Wireless.

Good service and will avail again

Perfect experience: order process is simple, at the airport you get what you ordered, return is easy.
I like the combination with the power bank. And also the email confirmation of the returned device is very nice.

Reliable, fast and works everywhere.

JW is my essential service to get around Japan. I am a regular customer (I travel to Japan twice a year) and since using JW, I travel calmly and safely. It has never failed me and the price of the service seems the best considering everything that JW's Wi-Fi service offers me.

Easy to order and prompt delivery. Did not have any issues with coverage and return was effortless.
