Great and reliable product
Good reception. Easy pick up and return
"I recently rented a portable Wi-Fi device from Japan Wireless for my trip, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The process was seamless, from ordering online to receiving the device at the designated location. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable wherever I traveled in Japan, even in more remote areas.
Moreover, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my rental period. They answered all my questions promptly and made sure I had a smooth experience. I highly recommend Japan Wireless to anyone looking for hassle-free Wi-Fi rental in Japan. Thank you for making my trip more convenient and enjoyable!"
The wifi rental was easy to get and return. We ended up not needing it for the full time we rented, so we were able to return it early and receive a refund for the remaining time. Great customer service and would highly recommend!
Several of our family members used Japan Wireless pocket WiFis during our trip to Japan. Super easy to order online, had it sent to our hotel, great connection and easy self addressed return envelope. Hotel took care of mailing it for us! I would highly recommend Jason Wireless!
Easy to use and great coverage. Used it for 4 phones
Easy to pick up. No issues with connectivity. Easy to use throughout my trip. Simple drop off instructions.
The service worked impeccably and I had a chance to contact Customer Support to ask few question about the APN setup for the eSIM I purchased and they went the extra mile to try to find all the information I needed.
Our group used this wifi for all our internet needs on the go. This was especially useful as we used Google maps and other apps to be able to go around Kyoto and Osaka. This was unlimited data and the price was relatively low. The internet speed was ok. The pickup and drop-off were convenient.
I subscribed your offer during my stay in Japan and the experience was great. I found the delivery in the hotel. I didn’t receive any feedback of my return but I think it went well.
