Seamleass experience, booked wireless router via web, received at the hotel reception while checking in. Used for a week and always working perfectly at very high speed. Before departure to the airport we have drop it in a mailbox nearby the hotel.

Excellent service, easy to use and return.

Easy retrieval upon arrival in airport and easy return as well. Reliable internet speed in all Japan

APN settings were required for it to work and Japan Wireless addressed the matter promptly over an e mail. It worked fine afterwards. Good service! Recommended.

Exceptional service. Will definitely use Japan wireless again. Also recommend their service to other prospective customers. Keep up the good work!

I really can’t imagine our trip without the portable Wi-Fi if was perfect for using it for maps and translators. Never had to worry.

Excellent option for Wi-Fi coverage while traveling in Japan! Pick up at the airport when you arrive. Easy drop off in a mailbox before you fly home. Lasted all day on one charge for over two weeks of service. Reasonably priced. Well worth your time to have this so that you can navigate busy train stations gives you gives you high-speed cellular data. Our international T-Mobile plan worked, but had a very slow data rate, which made web browsing unusable. Definitely worth your while to rent Japan Wireless pocket Wi-Fi!!

This WiFi service was so critical for our trip!

Perfect for a family of 4 with kids that are data hungry. I selected the unlimited plan for the trip and was excellent.

Easy to pick up, use and return, customer service is very responsive. Highly recommended.
