This little thing was the best and most important investment during my family's trip to Japan. Anywhere we were, we were all able to connect to the wifi and receive sms texts, send photos and videos, and of course, connect to the internet. Should I ever return to Japan, I will 100% be using this service again.

The pocket WiFi was serviceable but there were some dead spots albeit up in Hakone but other than that it was reliable and necessary for our family trip. Would definitely do it again when we inevitably return.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review! We are glad to hear that our pocket Wi-Fi served as an essential and reliable companion for your family trip. We sincerely appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the signal coverage in certain mountainous areas of Hakone. Japan's mountainous terrain can occasionally pose coverage challenges, but we are constantly working with network providers to improve overall stability in all regions.

Not bad but many times, the internet speed is a bit too low
제품：Premium Wifi
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! While we are glad the service was decent overall, we apologize for any frustration caused by slower internet speeds at times. Speeds can occasionally fluctuate depending on network congestion, coverage areas, or data usage patterns. We are always working with our network partners to optimize performance and provide a faster, more consistent connection.
We truly appreciate your honesty, as it helps us improve, and we hope to provide you with a much faster and smoother experience on your next visit to Japan!
