I had any issues. I was pleased.

I am so thankful for your services, if not been for you not sure what I would have done without Wifi access. I have two cell phones that are on carrier lock so I couldn't get sim cards. From ordering the device online, to set up of device and return everything went smoothly. Instruction was really simple, also when I picked up device the young lady walked me through. It comes with everything you'll need also price is reasonable. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Couldn’t fault the product - served us very well for our time in Japan! Thank you!

First time user. Very easy to pick up, set up and use. The extra battery pack came in handy. The coverage in Tokyo and Osaka was flawless. They even provided a pre-addressed return envelope. Highly recommended!

Great equipment worked great with 3 iPhones and 2 iPads

Japan Wireless got their pocket WiFi to my hotel very quickly. The packet included the portable WiFi, a return envelope for easy returns, an extra battery and cables. My only complaint is that the portable WiFi ran out of battery very quickly. The backup battery was necessary but often didn't last the entire day either.

instant setup, and flawless connection everywhere — trains, cities, mountains. Unlimited data, no throttling. Returning it was just dropping an envelope in a postbox. Essential for any Japan trip

Ordered two portable wifi units for our trip. Very efficient delivery of the units to the hotel. Both units allowed us to search websites, tabelog restaurants, google map, and make wifi calls with no problems. Having two units allowed our group to split up with no problems.

Worked as intended.....

It's very useful for a family. We're in Japan for 2 weeks. It help us to navigate all the places from busy Tokyo to rural areas around Kyoto and Niko areas.

Will use it again in next Japanese trip.
