Was very convenient and good and the price was very good also. Very satisfied.

We are so happy with it. The pick-up and drop off went very easy. The pocket wifi Works excellent. Connected 4 device total. The battery lasted long. I will probably using the same when we back again in Japan.

The Wi-Fi was absolutely terrific. Experienced perfect connection and speed, even in the most remote areas. We had four devices, and never had access or transmission issues with data.
Came in extremely handy with WhatsApp.

We used pocket wifi for 15 consecutive days, had 0 issues with it during that time. I was pleasantly surprised with the speed, we didn't try streaming anything but web searches and email were snappy and coverage was great. No issues in Tokyo, Fukuoka, Takayama, Hiroshima, or Osaka.

I’m so glad I rented the portable Wi-Fi from Japan Wireless. It worked well and saved us a lot of money on international roaming charges. The best part was that they shipped it to our hotel and it was waiting when we arrived. If I ever get back to Japan, I will use Japan Wireless again.
