It's a great wifi, I had kids who expected it to be able to support multiple online games which it dod struggle to do but that is not what I personally expected it to do. Checked emails, social media, youtube and podcasts absolutely fine.

Worked very well. Advise to print QR code before leaving home

Recieved a Japan wireless kit about halfway through our 2 week visit. Made a big contribution to our communications as well as sourcing maps and travel information online.

This product came as advertised. We had fast internet in all our outings which was a life saver since we relied heavily on GPS. I highly recommend.

very good worked well everywhere even on the northern Alps mountains ..

The device was super reliable and was able to handle my family's devices all at once. We never experienced dead spots and the battery lasted all day.

super happy with the WiFi pocket, fast delivery to the hotel. had no problems. reach everywhere. Returning was also very easy. Highly recommended and not expensive.

Great, work's everywhere

I’ve rented a portable wifi from Japan wireless the last 4 times I went to Japan..and every time it’s always hassle free, quick and easy.. I preorder before my trip and I always pick it up when I land at either haneda or Kansai and it takes a total of 5 min.. the connection is fast and very reliable.. no matter where I am in Japan… Whether it’s walking the streets or taking the train, I’m always connected to the internet thanks to Japan wireless..it’s cheap and it comes with a portable battery pack..
I look forward to my next visit and rental from Japan wireless..

Loved it! Great service, cost and quality!
