Excellent, never run out of high speed signal

Very good and fast internet connection

Super handy device, easy to collect and return — both can be done at the airport. Only fault I can say is it didn’t come pre-charged so it wasn’t able to be used until we got back to the hotel to charge it up but after that, it was great.

Esim purchased for each for both of us proved a very convenient way of having data in Japan. Phone using apps and internet enabled all communications. Especially useful for knowing train and bus information. An initial problem was resolved through their help centre.

I've used Japan Wireless's pocket Wi-Fi twice already, and loved it both times. What I find incredible about this service is its reliability. I was in Hokkaido, which is more than a bit out of the way. No matter where I was while traveling around, the pocket Wi-Fi always gave me a good strong signal. And the router's battery power is excellent, easily lasting me for nine hours or more during a given day of traveling. I got the tier that included an extra battery pack, but I hardly ever had to use it. It can be mildly inconvenient to carry around, but I think the speeds make this a far better option than many eSIMs out there. I can't recommend it enough.

We rented a mobile hotspot. It was easy to use, and the return instructions were simple. Even though a charging bank is included, we got through almost every day without it. I wouldn't hesitate to rent one from Japan Wireless again.

I never used eSIM before, so I was a little confused about how it worked.
The staff was so quick to answer all my questions.
I appreciated their efficient service and kindness.

Great item and service

We got the pocket wifi delivered to our hotel. We used it every day during our trip, connected to 4 devices. Battery can last the whole day. Internet is very fast! Highly recommend!
