Service, price and delivery very good. Reception was mostly good but many times I had no wi-fi so I had to keep changing provider on the device (easy to do but annoying). This happened even in Tokyo. Battery life is amazing, never even used the additional external power bank provided.

I booked my Pocket WiFi rental online a few weeks before my trip and the process was great! The email communications about my reservation had all the instructions needed to pick up the Wi-Fi and the signal was very stable anywhere we traveled. The pickup package even had a return envelope which made it super easy to return. I will definitely rent from Japan Wireless in the future.

We were very happy with Japan Wireless. Dependable, worked great, and reasonable price.

It worked extremely well and gave us all we needed to navigate around Japan

The wifi worked properly, we got no problem during our time in japan.

Worked perfectly and never let us down once, would definitely recommend.

The wifi service was fantastic! Never had an issue. Always connected and the battery life was long. Easy to set up and use, easy to pick up and return. Highly recommend.

We had a wireless modem during our family holiday. Delivery was convenient and the speed was good most of the times. At times, the coverage was a bit shaky and had to turn on and off but overall it was convenient

I always choose Japan Wireless for my connectivity when travelling to Japan — their portable wifi unit is always in good condition.

No problems with data, great that it could be delivered to our hotel and easy to return in addressed envelope. Would definitely recommend it.
