Pocket WiFi was great and reliable. The speed is faster and more reliable than my home cell phone International plan. It was reliable and needed reliability while we gps navigate through subway. Pick up and drop off was easy, but remember to drop off to postal box in the airport before security check.

It was such a simple process of picking up and dropping off. You give them the co formation number and everything ia in an envelope. It worked great in Tokyo. Drop off was seamless. Dropped off at the mailbox in the airport. Got a co formation of receipt in a couple of days. Would totally recommend. Will use again.

Pick up and drop off straight forward. Worked well on West Coast and inland Honshu.

We had no issues with our WiFi. It worked everywhere, we couldn't have traveled the way we did without it. Pickup and drop off were very convenient- there are mailboxes at both airports, which was important because we flew in to Haneda and out of Narita.

Easy to order, set up, use, and return. We will definitely use this company again!
