Immediate email confirmation & easy airport pickup (Narita).

Best mobile WiFi in Japan. I use it everytime I come to Japan, no issues whatsoever and very easy pick-up and return.

Using the pocket WiFi was amazing. It lasted all day. I used it from 8am to 10pm every day. I never lost reception and connection was always strong.

Great product - super easy etup, use & return when finished. Always good mobile service no matter where we were.

We got the unlimited data for 9Days. Never has a down time during our stay. 👍👍

Great service for the right price 👍🏻

My trusted travel companion for more than 5 years!

Mahalo for providing a great product. Easy to use, the extra chargeable battery was a nice touch. Will recommend anyone traveling to Japan to keep connect. Great price too! Cheaper than using AT&T plan!

We ordered two of the personal pocket wifi for our trip to Japan and everything from the ordering process, receiving it at the hotel and setting it up, to using it, and posting it back was so easy.

Great connection in all places, connecting up to 5 devices at a time, and the spare charger pack came in handy too. We will definitely use Japan Wireless again when we return to Japan.

Ease of use and access of the equipment. The return process is not complicated
