Was in Japan for 15 days, 7 of which were in Okinawa, it worked great. Seemed like battery life can vary based on signal strength so the included backup battery pack was a big help, just kept the pocket WiFi plugged into the battery pack in my pack, and it was all set for the day. Super easy pickup and return process, just as described. Highly recommend.

I have used this company a few times now. The customer service is great, and once connected I always had a reliable, fast connection.

Its very good. I used it without any problem and instantly.

Worked perfectly. Both picking up the pocket WiFi at the airport and returning it via mail was easy. Making plans during our trip was a lot easier with WiFi. Next time we're in Japan we'll definitely rent the pocket WiFi again.

While it is regrettable the pick up at most airports became impossible, the pick up at the hotel worked like a charm. Good connections, the limit on daily use is more than adequate. Going to use it again for our next Japan trip!
