very good, the connection works

Esim version is conveniant. Order abroad, arrive in Japan, activate, done. Net coverage on a remote island was also good. I can recommend and will use it again when going to Japan

Rented the Japan Wireless WiFi device for our trip during the first week of July and had no issues whatsoever with the device. Really appreciated that they included a battery pack with the device.

Pocket wifi worked as expected —we had 3 users and had no problem at all— it was easy to set up, connectivity was excellent, and return was a breeze.
We initially missed to pick up the unit as our flight to KIX was delayed and the office was already closed when we got to Osaka - i emailed the Customer Service and i requested for the unit to be forwarded to the hotel (small shipping fee charged).. their response was prompt and hassle free! No issues at all — i received the unit at the hotel . Thanks Japan Wireless!!

Perfect service from A-Z!

Everything was simple and useful

Perfect tool for our stay. Alway internet connection without worries about roaming fees.

Perfect service; highly recommended!

Opting for this service is the best decision I made. Having an unlimited wifi during my 7-day trip in Tokyo is what I needed and it served me as expected. The customer service was also very quick to answer my queries.

Everithing was good.
