Japan Wireless was a must have for me and my Wife while in Japan! With our phones being locked by carrier due to still being owed and on payment plan, the mobile WiFi was the next option on our agenda. It was super easy to order online and got confirmations within 10-15 min which gave me peace of mind. Once in Japan it was easy to retrieve the mobile WiFi. You exit immigration on level 2, simply go straight and when you reach the information desk look right to see escalators the lead up a floor take them up then once on top it will be a left hand U-turn and you will see a small booth like a kissing booth. They will search your name and get you your package. Speeds were about 175mbps which I downloaded loads of movies with and my wife still was able to use her device to stream her shows.
Been to Japan 4 times and every time Japan-wireless had the best pricing, great products, and even better customer service. I had to delete 1 day from my reservation. Change was completed by email in less than 1 hour.
