Convenient and strong wifi

My mobile WiFi was waiting for my hotel for me. Everything has neatly in a bag and instructions were ready. Very easy to set up and lasts about a full day. Prepaid envelope was enclosed and packaged everything up and dropped off at the mail. Seamless experience.

Very convenient! Go anywhere with WIFI

The experience using Japan Wireless has been totally satisfactory. Both the duration of the Wi-Fi signal as well as that of the portable battery have been optimal. The signal quality has been very good. Totally recommended.

The pickup was quick and efficient, I just stopped by the desk and they had it ready to go! Setting it up was easy, and I never lost signal while I was carrying it around the city. Even going to more rural areas the coverage was stable the whole time. Returning process was also clear and convenient. I'll be back the next time I'm in Japan!

Battery life on hotspot was good, never really needed the extra power bank. Convenient collection and return at Haneda.

Grazie

WiFi was at the hotel when we arrived, logged in, unlimited fast WiFi for 4 people for 10 days. No issues, then into the provided envelope and returned on our way out. Fantastic service and quality, would recommend to anyone travelling to Japan.

Having the pocket WiFi for our family of four to use on our two week trip to Japan was great. Reliable connection everywhere we went. Super easy to order, pick up, and drop off. Would definitely recommend for families or heavy data users.

This was my fourth visit to Japan and my second time renting a pocket WiFi to use during my stay. This rental from Japan Wireless worked seamlessly, from pickup to prolonged usage to drop off in the mailbox at the end of my stay. The extra battery was really helpful, allowing us full coverage during long days. I highly recommend.
