Wifi Box worked well and had been delivered to hotel as ordered. Very good service.

I had this device for about 20 days and it was a much better choice than a SIM card for my needs. It was excellent and I could connect multiple devices. I highly recommend Japan Wireless (I recommend it with all my friends). Everything was just so seamless.

It was perfect, it worked well everywhere

The pickup at Narita airport went smooth so we could start using the service right from the moment we arrived in Japan. The router lasted almost a day on a full battery with four devices constantly connected, so the supplied powerbank was a nice backup, but we rarely had to use it.
The unlimited dataplan was a big plus for me as we did not have to worry about data usage.
Returning the equipment through the supplied return envelop was super easy. I would really recommend this to anyone traveling to Japan!

Good wifi pocket…………….

Most difficult part is to find the counter in Terminal 3. Had to ask at the info since it's a bit hidden. Press on, follow instructions, the usual for a wifi and online you are. We brought it back to the counter but you get a pouch so you could dropp it into any mail box. We hooked up 5 devices and got good reception, coverage and speed. With the included plug and power bank you are save for a long day.
