It was perfect. I receive in Time. I changed the date of réceptions at the last minute and it was not a problem.
The wireless has fonctioned perfectly and was useful.
I shall take another one for my next travel in Japan

Purchasing the eSIM was easy and fast. Easy to activate. Definitely helped during our visit from the US.

This was the best way to keep in touch with family back in the US. All we had to do was keep our phones in Airplane Mode, then turn on Call/Text over WiFi and it was exactly like being at home. All without having to hassle with switching SIM cards or anything like that. When we return to Japan in a couple of years, we are definitely doing this again.

I just a wifi pocket for 3 weeks when i was on holiday in Japan. I ordered online, the pick up information was clear and easy to follow. Making connection for the first time was also easy. I never had to use the powerbank because the battery worked for 12-14 hours a day.
The return ser ice is excellent!

The device was delivered at the airport and could easily be returned by mail. No problems with speed or data limitation. A battery pack was included, but we didn’t need it (group of 4 using the device).

I always had service and the battery lasted all day

The distribution to a private address went smooth, the wifi box for six persons (teenagers included) worked well all over Japan and the returning process was easy to handle.
