Un système très pratique, simple et fiable. Livraison à notre hôtel comme demandé le jour de l’arrivée. À très bien fonctionné pendant les 3 semaines de séjour. Livré avec une enveloppe pré-timbrée qu’il suffit de mettre dans une boîte à lettres pour le réexpédier le jour du départ. Je le conseille vivement.

was using the service twice so far (last Easter and Aug this year). Easy collection at the airport, sufficient data capacity to use, plus the extra battery which I don't have to worry on the way.

I ordered the Japan wireless from home and picked it up from the airport. We were able to use it straight away. The small power pack provided ensured we had a charger on long days out. It worked well wherever we went and it was very easy to post it back at the airport allowing us to have internet access our whole trip. Excellent would definitely order again if travelling to Japan.

Ordering online was easy, the price is fair, the portable WiFi was waiting for us at our hotel, also included was a charger, charging cable and usb charging plug. The WiFi worked perfectly for 3 persons for the entire trip. And returning the kit couldn’t have been easier. Very pleased with the service.

But a warning, the charging plug got dangerously hot when charging, so we stopped using it and used our own, but that didn’t detract from the experience
