I have booked the modem from Italy and when I arrived at Tokyo Airport I found the office at the exit and all was ready.
I used the modem all the 13 days of my journey and never had problems.I sent It back by post as per instructions at the end of my holiday and all was ok.

It never failed me, I always had WiFi service wherever I was in Japan.
When I arrived at the hotel in Osaka the device was already there. The return was also very simple, you just have to drop it in a mailbox.

Il pocket wifi ci è stato utilissimo per tutto il viaggio. Non si è mai scaricato nonostante l'uso continuo e non abbiamo mai dovuto usare la power bank in dotazione. Ritirato all'aeroporto di Haneda in perfette condizioni e riconsegnato lì senza problemi.
