Excellent service 👍!

Instructions were pretty straight forward, easy to connect zero complaints !

I used Japan Wireless and have had no problems. At Haneda i went to a kiosk and they had my device and a portable charger waiting for me. It lasts a bit more than a days use on its own, so charge overnight and you should be fine. I considered using an eSIM but my phone was still locked. So if yours is the same or if you’re in a group, pocket WiFi might be best. Just don’t leave the person carrying it if you’re in a group.

I used a WiFi for 3 weeks - makes things so easy and others in your group can utilise also when together. I had to work also, so not using 'free' wi fi was also beneficial for cyber safety.

Japan Wireless has never let me or my executives down. I know I can rest easy once they land at HND, arrive at their hotel that they will be connected until departure. Thank you Japan Wireless!!!!
