Easy to use and conveniently dropped off at hotel

Very pleased with the performance and value of the eSim package we purchased from Japan Wireless for our recent trip. Setup was simple, as one would expect, and performance was solid in every area we visited over our 10 days.

Service was very good and the wifi was stable. Signal was available everywhere

We collect the device from Narita airport without any issue, everything was there and ready to go. The router was easy to use and provided good speeds throughout Japan. We spent 2 weeks in Japan and travelled all over the country and were never without WiFi. As a first time visitor to Japan we couldn’t of gotten round without, made our trip so much easier

Ordered my mobile router in Japan as my e-SIM didn't work. Everything worked completely smoothly, the router was delivered the next day, was ready to use and functioned perfectly. Instructions for use and for return were clear. We just put the router, charger and power pack in the envelope provided and posted it in the nearest postbox. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service! No issues at all, good speed and coverage.

I rented it for two weeks and I never had any problems getting connections wherever I go. Battery last longer for the whole day & night. This is my 2nd time. First time I rented for my daughter and she was very satisfied and even told me not to change to other companies. We’ve tried another company before but unfortunately their service was not good anymore. Old models, sorry about that. I will definitely recommend Japan-wireless to my friends and families.

I had no issues with purchasing, connection or setup (other than not having wifi for setup as I did not do it before leaving my home country).
