Its battery life lasts all day, the connection is fast and easy to set up. If the connection doesn’t reach your current location you are able to switch connections to find a better one for where you are. Literally a life saver. We have 3 people using the wifi all day and never hit any sort of limit that slowed the connection which I have experienced with other companies before.

Store was easy to find. Easy instructions and setup was a breeze. Internet connection was stable and good throughout our trip. Would rent from again!

Good service and good price

Japan Wireless was incredibly convenient to use! They mailed my pocket wifi directly to my hotel, and drop off was simple. The WiFi worked wonderfully during my entire stay in Japan, whether I was on the train or hiking Mt. Inari. Would definitely recommend Japan Wireless to anyone traveling in the country.

We used the portable wifi in Japan for 10 days and the coverage was excellent. We used it pretty much all day everyday between 4 people and it never dropped out. It was waiting for us at our hotel at check in and was so easy to return. Highly recommend this service!

So glad we ordered this wifi for our holiday. So easy. Dropped off at our hotel for our arrival and then dropped in the postbox in the airport at our departure. One box was perfect for our family if 4 as the kids could also hook up their iPads to the same device.

The device has worked perfectly throughout the trip. Very easy to start and run. It includes a replacement battery, so it lasts for many hours.
We booked it easily on the website and when we arrived at the hotel on the first day we already had it at reception. Returns couldn't be simpler or more convenient.
