I will start with saying that this was my first time buying SIM card abroad, so you can see how it went for someone with zero experience.
Bought the SIM card online (prepaid for 30 days) and chose to pick it up at Narita airport. After landing the booth was easy to find (received bit of a map for that purpose in the e-mail before departure) even after 30 hours without sleep. Envelope had SIM card and instructions for its installation for both iPhone and Android. Easy to understand, fast success on 1st try. Access to internet (with unlimited data no less - eat that, domestic providers) made life so easy - train connections with departures and platforms, access to any updates about places I went to visit, opening hours...
Internet connection went for full 30 days without any hitch and thus I can give well deserved 5 stars. To conclude, getting SIM card for Japan is definitely worth it and think I found my provider for that purpose.

everything worked as expected

Exceptionally reliable WI-FI throughout our 4 week trip in Japan. Also customer service is excellent. No hesitation in recommending Japan Wireless.

Very easy to use and had great connection while out and about.

Excellent coverage with an easy hotel device delivery & an airport return process that you can drop off at the airport on departure day. I highly recommend Japan Wireless for your wifi internet needs. We really enjoy the unlimited wifi access with the extra battery rechargeable device too!

Worked flawlessly.

It's very convenient to use and activate. No hassle. Fair rates for those visiting Japan

Did it's job perfectly

Arrived on time at my hotel easy to use and drop off
Great for walking around and having WiFi reception and internet connection very pleased would definitely use again on my return to Japan 🇯🇵

Can't fault this service. Our pocket Wifi was ready to pick up at the airport. We were able to use it virtually everywhere including the subway with reliable data for browsing and social Media and the battery always lasted the day. On the last day we just posted it at the airport Mail box in the envelope provided.
