First time using pocket wifi. No problems what-so-ever. Worked perfectly and was waiting for me at my hotel. Will definitely use it again when I come back to Japan!

Very good range and length of battery life

Received package in hotel in good condition, easy to connect to, good distance and satisfactory speed.

Easy to access / great internet access even in rural areas

Easy pick up and return worked flawlessly came with a battery pack which i never used, lasted well over 10hrs

I was able to travel with ease as the quality of the wifi was excellent.

I hired a pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless for 3 weeks and was completely satisfied. It's super easy to set up and use for several devices and the coverage was excellent everywhere we went. I'd recommend it.

The wireless device worked perfectly during our stay. It was easy to set up and instructions were clear. It took us a little while to find the pick up point at the airport but that was more our fault after a long flight.
