Traveled from USA for a 2 week visit around Japan. 4 travelers shared 2 pocket Wifi with no problems. Recommend Japan Wireless for convenience and reliability.

This was so useful on our trip. Was ready at our hotel upon arrival and worked so well for all our travels, and perfect that you get a lightweight battery charger also. Highly recommend!

We ummed and ahhd about which wi fi to get and boy did we make the right decision. Our Wifi was excellent - we had maybe one small black spot for a few minutes one day - the rest of the time - worked a treat. We ran 2 devices off of it seamlessly, streamed Youtube for hours, Google maps and translate constantly with little to no lag.
Our flight was delayed 3.5 hours into Narita and pick up stayed open for us. Drop off at the airport at the end of the trip was easy.
We ensured the wifi was charged over night so started each day at 100% and usually ended the day still with 30+%.
Would absolutely 100% use again and highly recommend to you

This was our fourth time using Japan Wireless - we've had the device delivered to our hotels in the past, and also done airport collection. It's always very seamless and straight forward, as is returning the device at the end of the trip. It's always very reliable, with great coverage wherever we've been, and very simple and straight forward to set up for use.
