The service was overall great, but it didn’t work in the parks at Tokyo Disney Resort and in some areas of Universal Studios. Otherwise, everything functioned well, and I’d definitely use this service again!

Japan Wireless offered the simplest plan for a pocket WiFi. We picked it up at the airport, all the instructions on how to connect it to your phone were in English and simple to follow, we travelled all over Japan and never once had a connect issue, and at the end of our trip we just dropped the device in the Post Box at the airport as we were boarding our plane home.

This is the second time this year I’ve used Japan Wireless and it worked flawlessly. Never had any issues. They delivered it to my first hotel and return is super easy at the airports.

Picked up the wifi hotspot in Haneda Airport (Terminal 3) from Ninja Wifi. I checked the contents and everything was accounted along with a return envelope and instructions on how to connect to the wifi. It takes a few minutes; so be patient. Once connected it worked flawlessly for our entire trip. We never needed the backup power source that was provided with the package. We did have to re-charge the wifi unit every night, but that was because we constantly used it. My wife and I both had our phones logged in the wifi unit and we both received very fast service. This is the second time I have used Japan Wireless Wifi and will continue to them for upcoming trips to Japan. I have never had to use Japan Wireless customer service, but I have seen reviews that all agree the customer service is very good. I recommend anyone requiring wifi for their cells while traveling in Japan give this company very serious consideration. They have provided top notch service to me on two occasions with no problems at all.

Very easy pick up and ease of use

I had a very positive experience with Ninja WiFi. The pick-up was easy and convenient and we were able to connect right away. There were no failures or lapses at any point during our travels. At the end of our trip, we returned the device at the airport without difficulty. Reasonably priced and completely invaluable.
