Picking up the pocket wifi was so easy to find and delivering it back was also incredibly easy! The battery lasted so long especially with the constant use. I would highly recommend and will be using this service when I go back to Japan again!

Great value for money. Kit was waiting for us at the hotel. Easy set up instructions and reliable performance throughout our stay in Japan. Simple return process in prepaid postage envelope for return on departure. Would definitely use again.

très satisfait du service ; modalités simples pour récupérer le boitier et le rendre, très bonne autonomie et couverture excellente partout au japon.

great service I cannot fault it,

Very practical to be able to travel and understand the language thanks to WiFi

Good price, pick up at the airport, easy to install, works immediately. I had a good internet connection during all my trip. I am very happy with it.

Excellent data speed and ease of return.

I was little worries about the Internet accessibility and wait to buy a sim until I arrive in Japan. Hence I made the eSIM purchase before I started my travel, and wala the connection got activated automatically the moment I landed in Japan. Best coverage throughout and no downtime till I was in the country.

We use pocket WiFi unlimited for all our trips to Japan. We’ve had coverage in all areas we’ve visited. Setting the process in motion from home the unit is delivered to our hotel waiting for us. We just drop it in the mail at the airport before security.

I was on a cruise around Japan and while I was on shore, the coverage always worked. The only concern I had was that the unit's power ran down in less than a day. There was a power bank included so if I ran out of power I could plug it into the power bank. Just didn't want to carry the extra power bank around in my pocket in addition to the unit. I rented with Japan Wireless before and was satisfied with the service.
