Delivered before we arrived at our hotel in Japan.
All the devices in the pouch were working properly.
All devices lasted without any issues throughout the whole trip.
Very reasonably priced and affordable for the 3 weeks we were there.
We've used this company at least 3 times when going to Japan.
Easy return at the airport's postal box.
We would use this company again.

Did not encounter any problem at all. Also, the device is new so the battery of the device itself lasts all day.

Easy booking online, consistent and convenient pick up option at Fukuoka Airport International Terminal. Connections were very good. Only had two instances where the internet connect did not work, and one MS Teams meeting where the video skipped and lagged.
