No problems with wireless device. Difficulty with finding the spot to pickup. Asked multiple people, no one knew where to go. Finally the train station personnel helped us.

Found the ordering process very easy and straightforward very convenient that the kiosk is located in the airport that you can pick it up directly. We used to send it to the hotel but we found that picking it up directly from the airport is more of a guaranteed process.
