Easy to order Easy to pick up Easy to connect Easy to enjoy Wi-Fi Easy to return

Easy to order and collect. Simple to use and set up with excellent coverage ( didn't ever lose coverage wherever we went). Good battery life and quick charge and easy to drop off in the envelope provided at the airport. If you are travelling in Japan this is a fantastic piece of kit as being connected to the internet for maps, timetables, tourist info etc was priceless. So much cheaper than paying roaming charges. Very impressed and would recommend Japan Wireless without hesitation.

No problem with the service and the product. I recommend WirelessJapan for rent a poket wifi.

Worked perfectly

For the few days that my sim card worked, it was a life saver. I could not speak the language and needed my google translate to feel like I had some control over my trip. I had a 7 day sim card that expired around day 3 but by then I had met up with my daughter who lived there. I am not sure why it crashed after day three.. we tried to get it to work but none the less.. highly recommend. super easy and I didn't have to carry a pocket wifi.. When I returned home, all I did was pop in my sim card from my home country and I was back on track.

One thing I would suggest is to put a sim card tool in the package. I had to go to a telephone carrier to open my phone and put the sim card in. Thank goodness they were gracious about it and helped me out.

I always use japan-wireless when my family and I visit Japan. Customer service is great!

Fast internet, in most places I was able to play a few games of super smash

Excellent SIM Data Card!!

It going to work everywhere you going to go.

Excelent product, flawless service, easy to use and affordable.
