One of the best things to have while traveling in Japan.

This product is very good and convenient.

This worked perfectly, I ordered the devices and they arrived the next day. I distributed them to friends visiting Japan to use while they are here, and then returned them in a pre-paid envelope provided with the devices. The cost was relatively low for unlimited data and I did the whole process smoothly, in English.

Our trip weren’t the same with out Premium WiFi! Excellent service.

First time using Japan Wireless for both Sim card and mobile wifi unit on our last trip to Japan. Daughter's iphone worked great with the Sim card (and our mobile wifi unit also worked very well), no problems at all picking up and using. Communication was very good online and responses were quick. Thank you Japan Wireless.

Thanks to Japan Wireless (Wi-Fi Premium) I experienced every moment of my vacation in total and efficient connection. I had no problems moving independently and deciding which public transport to use for various trips thanks to the various applications. Being online has allowed me to feel a little like at home. I had my stay in Japan unexpectedly extended due to a typhoon. I had to extend the device rental multiple times using the online contact form. It was easy to do and the replies from customer service were punctual and helpful.

The device itself worked well. You may not get a full day of usage when it is fully charged. However, the included battery pack fixes this and has the advantage that it can also be used to charge other usb devices if required.

Pick up at Narita was simple, as was returning by post before the flight home.

Easy to use and excellent cell coverage

The pocket WiFi did its job, but sometimes would overheat. I wish the battery life lasted longer though
