Easy to pickup and easy to return. The pocket wifi served my family well from Tokyo to Hakone to Osaka.

Very reasonable pricing. Very reliable unit and service.
I just had difficulty finding the kiosk at Haneda, people pointed me to different directions.

Easy to pick up at airport and easy to follow instructions. The device came with a charge bank, but it lasted so long during the day (for 2 weeks) I only had fo charge it when I got home at night.

Easy to rent and use pocket wifi. Equipment was waiting for us at the hotel when we checked in and returning it as simple as dropping in a postal box.

Super easy to order and use. They include the return address already stamped, and delivered to our hotel room same day we order them. This saved us from having to get sim cards and we could easily get around and translate. Will use this service again for our next trip to Japan

I used it for 2.5 months, and the overall experience was very good, the signal was reliable. However, one area for improvement is the battery life. I brought it to Disneyland for a whole day, and when the battery ran low, the power bank charged it very slowly, leaving me without internet. The pick-up and drop-off process was easy, and I would use their service again when I return to Japan.

I have always used Japan Wireless since going there in 2018 and they are the best. We travel to Japan at least twice a year.
