Upon my travel to Japan for a family vacation, I was told to connect with Japan wireless for WiFi. It was great and convenient and a must have. I didn’t need any other plan on my phone. Left it on airplane mode and connected to the mobile WiFi. The application and price was great. Was easy and I had them deliver it to the hotel. It worked everywhere for my family and I and all our excursions. The drop off was convenient and at 3 airport (Haneda Intl) spots upon leaving. It’s a must to have on your trip. Be sure to order it before going on your trip. Great service. Great device. And the backup battery is much needed. The device will last you all day until about 4pm. Then the backup battery will work for the rest of the night. Highly recommend!!!

Super amazing service , I have been coming to Japan for 17 years and this was the first time I had used this service . My pocket WiFi was delivered to my hotel by the time and arrived , it worked great and was very easy to return in the prepaid envelope at the airport drop box . Highly recommend will use again next trip

Mobile hotspots worked well the entire trip. I was really pleased that the hotspot lasted the entire day without needing to be recharged even though I had the extra battery charger with me.

Very consistent service throughout our trip to Japan! But when you reach more mountainous areas, the signal does go out sometimes

I enjoyed getting mifi service from Japan Wireless for my recent trip to Japan. The equipment worked very well, instructions for use and return was easy. I ended up extending my use a few days more than I needed. Because of the New Year Holiday, I wasn’t sure they would receive my return on time. When I emailed about this, the response was almost immediate. This for me was the only difficulty I experienced. Will definitely use Japan Wireless again.

So happy I decided to order one of these for my recent 12-day visit to Japan!
Such a convenient process to pick up and return the device at two different airports. Easily rechargeable and it was compact enough to carry in my cross-body bag everyday. Will definitely use this service again!
