We spent days travelling in the countryside of Japan and we never lost connection.
It was supereasy to pick, give back and install.
Will use it again in the next trip!

Easy to connect, worked well my entire trip. Highly recommended!

Great service. Easy to pick up and return

Amazing service and easy to use and never had any issues

First, when I ordered the wrong package, they quickly cancelled the order and refunded the money immediately, so that I could make another order.
Also, during the delivery, there was a misunderstanding with the hotel and Japan Wireless cleared it and sent the SIM card again. When it turned out, that the card wasn't compatible with my device, they wete willing to change the order to a pocket Wifi and delivered the device immediately. Such an accommodating and helpful service! Always again! Thank you very much for your patience and quick help!

It is easy to use, it works perfectly, and it is easy to return.
