Been using the services every time I visited Japan, satisfied experience.
The device worked well and fast for 4 people until the evening when it starts to slow slightly due to a lot of usage during the day. Suited our needs though. Our first box was faulty and not charging properly, however, upon raising this with Japan Wireless they sent a new box out immediately and we received it at our hotel the very next day. Very fast, convenient and good customer service. Definitely recommend.
This is the 3 time that I use in japan. Pick Up at haneda apt is perfect and drop off is easy. Line is good for 4 people with 4 or 5 phone connected
Pickup and drop off were flawless, the device itself worked great and we had good internet speed and reliable connection everywhere we went. Bonus: the battery of the router was very good so it was in our case not necessary to take the provided power-bank with us. This is the third time we used Japan Wireless and I am sure we'll be using them again!
Convenient pickup and return. Excellent wifi reception and speed.
Excellent coverage in Tokyo, Yokohama, Kyoto, and Osaka. Only issue is battery on unit only lasts about 7 hours. They do give a power bank to recharge, but that only gives a few extra hours. Plan on bringing at least a 10000 mAh power bank with a USB A output along if you will be out and about all day and late into the evening.
Japan Wireless were super easy to use and organise. I would 100% recommend to anyone else looking to rent wifi in Japan
This is our 3rd time to have a Japan Wireless pocket wifi. 3 users one unit worked flawlessly. Even strong signal on top of Gala Yazawa and way up in Nagona. Highly recommended
Service was quick and product rented in perfect conditions. I will recomend Japan Wireless to friends travelling to Japan.
The whole service was perfect, pickup at the airport, we could use it without issue all the way during our trip around Japan (5 devices connected), and sending it back by post in prepaid envelop, all very practical. I would recommend it and will use it again.
