The pick up and return process went smoothly. Never had any problem with the wifi. The battery lasted all day. Everything went well, will definitely rent from here again when we visit Japan!

Very convenient service.

Easy to use, easy to plug into. I recommend it big time

Japan wireless is my forever go to eversince. Easy to collect in your preferred pickup point, so easy to return without any sweat. Connection are very stable anywhere in Japan.

The pocket WiFi was just perfect for my Japan visit. It never let me down! It was ready for pick-up at the airport and I could post it back from there very easily too. I would highly recommend this device from Japan Wireless.

if we can return the device to the counter in the airport, that will be better.

Great coverage and okey speed, setup was easy. Would use again.

good service . We had no experience with the Japan wireless . I will get your services again when i visit Japan.
