My wife and i rented a router and have been using this servicesvonce for 4 weeks last October and once for 3 last February, throughout Japan. Perfect from the deliverybtonour hotel, the very fast responses of the customer service, thevquality of the router, to the quick response when we mailef the back to JWvin their envelopppe.
The WiFi wireless device provided worked flawlessly and provided us with excellent coverage during our stay in Hokkaido. Also, loved that the device was waiting for us when we checked into our first hotel.
This wireless pack was super helpful for me. I had it for 16 days and used it every day.
On our last trip to japan, we went to the northern most part of japan which is Wakanai point then traveled to the last southern JR station of Makurazaki station and throughout our journey, japan wireless wifi had grat coverage and strong signal.
this wife never failed me from Osaka to Kyoto to Kobe to Fukuoka , its a sure internet, even in the toilet at the basement of Don Quijote and the busy street of Dotobori
Great service easy to use
Used Japan wireless and bought the e-sim option for 15 days and with 20gb. Used google maps alot, no streaming, but used only around 4gb the whole trip and 90% of that was google maps usage.
It was very easy to get installed on my iphone, you just need to set you services for mobiledata to use the ”secondary” instead of your ordinary simcard.
The where no option to share your internet if the kids newswd it. Thats blocked from Japan wirelss. Only bummer that i noted, otherwise perfect for our vacation in japan.
