The pocket wifi was extremely helpful during my stay in Japan. I always had a strong signal even when in the subway and the battery lasted throughout my long days. Charging it was simple and efficient, very much a big help during my trip!

Easy delivery, easy return, excellent product

Works perfect. Long battery life, fast wifi. Decent charge time. Small and portable. Light weight. Never lost connection. Easy return.

I used 4G LTE eSIM. Setup was easy, and worked perfectly during my entire trip. I had data connection on train, subway, Mt Fuji and all of my destinations. Absolutely worth the price. I didnt need 5G. 4G was still plenty!!

Booked the WiFi pocket online and picked up at airport without any issues. WiFi worked seamlessly throughout out stay of almost a month, with good coverage wherever we went. Return was seamless as well, put the package in the return envelope and into the post box at the airport.
Received confirmation the next day that kit had been received.
Would highly recommend the package to anyone with multiple devices requiring connection.

I found out about Japan Wireless through Instagram and I'm really glad that I went ahead and purchased one of their plans during my vacation in Japan. Easy to install/initiate and great network coverage, even in underground train stations.
