We easily picked up our WiFi at Narita airport. The puck was fully charged and easy to connect to our phones. We used it all day everyday and never had an issue with connectivity or battery life. We will recommend it to everyone we know going to Japan.

Haven't used any other pocket wifi, first trip I found this company and got reserved a device and it worked great. Some hiccups here and there but for unlimited data my whole trip i cant complain at all about them just know they can and will happen. 2nd trip, same thing. This past trip was my best go with them yet. Held up at the world expo, while at Interpets and even in small towns that seemed in the middle of no where for a garden or landmark I wanted to see.

My friends and I selected a pocket wifi for our 3 week trip. Best decision we made! It was delivered to our first hotel and I dropped in it a mailbox at the airport at the end of our trip. It was so easy! We had great service the whole time and all four of us were fully connected the entire trip. Brilliant idea!

Als unser Ladegerät kaputt war, wurde sofort ein Ersatz geschickt, welches am nächsten Tag im Hotel lag - das wäre allerdings nicht bei einer Ferienwohnung gegangen. Die Abdeckung war in Ordnung, manchmal nicht das schnellste Internet, aber sehr zuverlässig.

Utilizei 2 cartões SIM físicos, a entrega no hotel correu como esperado, a configuração nos telemóveis foi fácil de acordo com as instruções recebidas, boa cobertura e boa velocidade de dados.

Best eSIM I’ve used in japan

Even with pick-up issues, they provided prompt and good service. We had an issue in locating the post office where we were supposed to pick-up the internet so they asked where we were headed and located a post office near our next location. They shipped the pocket wifi unit there (with a fee) as soon as they could.
